Ordering, shipping and returns

1. How can I order a Womy Sleeper?

You can easily order the Womy Sleeper via our website. Choose whether you would like to rent or purchase, select your preferred option, and complete your order securely through our checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with Track & Trace information.

2. What are the shipping costs?

During checkout, the shipping costs are automatically displayed. For both the outbound and return shipment, the total cost is €13.45 for two parcels.

3. What is the delivery time for my order?

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace link. In most cases, delivery takes place within a few business days.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@womysleeper.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly assist you in making changes. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it after delivery following our return procedure.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with a Track & Trace link from our carrier. You can use this link to follow your shipment. Please note that tracking information may become visible later in the day.

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours at info@womysleeper.com and include clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

7. How do I register a return?

You can register your return in a few simple steps:
